The Homeowner's Vision:

In this gorgeous, contemporary Kingsville home, the kitchen was surprisingly very small and closed-in. The homeowners wanted to somehow have a more spacious and contemporary kitchen without expanding into other adjacent rooms. They also wished to expand their finished basement so their children could have a larger area to play.

Bel Air Construction's Solution:

Bel Air Construction designed a 3 story addition for the family which would expand the finished basement, part of the 3rd story bedroom, but most importantly, the kitchen and dining area. The new kitchen contained a new island in the center of the kitchen, Granite countertops, contemporary fixtures on the 2 sinks, exquisite carpentry detail, and gorgeous cabinetry. The addition opened up into a new dining area with beautiful windows and skylights to let in natural light.

The homeowners now enjoy a beautifully designed kitchen that makes everyday dining feel like a vacation!
