POSITION:
Project Manager for residential remodeling company in Harford and Baltimore counties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
• Must have own tools and minimum of 8 years experience.
• Must have excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate and deal effectively and professionally with customers.
• Must have a complete understanding of all aspects of residential remodeling.
• Must have excellent supervisory and organizational skills.
• Must have knowledge in managing job budgets.
• Must be able to set master schedule for jobs and oversee them.
• Must be able to read blue prints accurately.
• Must be willing to take responsibility for overseeing each job.
• Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Must be drug free.
BENEFITS:

Senior carpenter for residential remodeling company in Harford and Baltimore counties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:
• Must have own tools and minimum of 5 years experience.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must have excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate and deal effectively and professionally with customers.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent skills in rough and finish residential carpentry.
• Must have some supervisory skills.
• Must be willing to communicate with and help direct subcontractors.
• Must be accurate, organized, and self-disciplined.
• Must be able to read blue prints.
• Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
• Must be drug free.
