The Homeowner's Vision:

Mr. & Mrs. Sanders' original kitchen was very small and dark with old cabinets and countertop. They wished to have more room to entertain, cook, and enjoy the beautiful landscape outside.

Bel Air Construction's Solution:

Bel Air Construction almost tripled the size of the original kitchen by adding on a sunroom adjacent to the kitchen. The sunroom has many windows and skylights to allow natural sunlight and a beautiful view of the wooded landscaping outside.

The interior was finished with cedar to blend with the rest of the contemporary home. Bel Air Construction installed new gorgeous cabinets and a very easy-to-clean Corian countertop. As part of the addition, Bel Air Constructed a wine cellar as well!

Before construction began, Mr. & Mrs. Sanders were able to "see" the final product through the Bel Air Construction's computer-aided design technology!   Now, Mr. & Mrs. Sanders are able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from their kitchen!

In the end, the homeowner said:
