Celebrating 35 Years
It is with much enthusiasm we announce that Bel Air Construction, founded in April 1981, is celebrating our 35th year in business with an anniversary celebration on April 30, 2015, beginning at 11am.
Bel Air Construction was founded by owner Michael Watts with the vision of building a professional home remodeling company. Our team is accomplishing this vision by focusing on superior craftsmanship and outstanding client experience. Along the way, Bel Air Construction’s commitment to quality has earned the team numerous industry awards including the most prestigious Remodeling’s Big 50 and Qualified Remodeler’s Top 500 among many other awards. Additionally, Michael Watts was one of the first ten Certified Graduate Remodelers (CGR) in the state of Maryland. The CGR program requires high standards of business practice and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
Michael says, “Our customers know that when they work with us, that our team is committed to ensuring that their project is completed with superior materials and craftsmanship. A great percentage of our business each year stems from satisfied customers who return to us for additional projects. We wanted to show our appreciation to our customers and the communities that we are honored to serve. We thought hosting an anniversary open house would give us an opportunity to thank you.”
In addition to food and beverages, We will also be giving away prizes valued up to $2,500. Prizes to be awarded include:
$2,500 towards a home improvement project from Bel Air Construction
$1,500 towards a home improvement project from Bel Air Construction
and a large Big Green Egg valued at $1,000
Area residents can register in person for these prizes in the Bel Air Construction showroom April 25th – April 30th. The showroom hours are 8:30am – 5pm. The winners will be announced during the anniversary celebration on April 30th – 11am – 2pm.

Winners will be selected via random drawing during our Anniversary Open House
Only 1 prize per category will be awarded
Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable
Winners of the $2,500 and $1,500 towards a home improvement project by Bel Air Construction must reside and prize be redeemed within our service area of Harford, Baltimore, Cecil Counties MD or York County, PA. Home improvement prizes are valid only on home improvement by Bel Air Construction.
