Master bath needed a few fixes

Customer Issues

The master bath in the home had been renovated by the prior owner. Since that renovation several problems had developed. A cabinet door on the vanity was broken and the floor tile was cracked. In concert with a comprehensive renovation of another bath the homeowners decided to have these issues addressed. The homeowner’s beautiful bath is now restored to its original elegance.

Bel Air Construction Solutions

New cabinetry, tiles and finishes were carefully selected by our designer to complement the parts of the bath that were to remain. During demolition and construction our production crew took steps to protect those remaining items.

  • The broken vanity was replaced with a Dura Supreme Kendall Panel double vanity in cherry with mission finish. A MSI Carrara Mist quartz counter with dual sinks tops the vanity.
  • The new floor is 24×24 inch Marazzi Uniche Beige Chiaro tile.
  • All tile is installed over Schluter substrates, an integrated family of products in which the individual components collectively form a bonded, watertight assembly which eliminates the risk of failures due to water and vapor penetration.
  • The use of high-performance grout with built-in antimicrobial product protection fights the growth of mold and mildew on grout surface.
