Customer Issues

• The blended family has a magnificent and beautiful lot
• Location is very convenient to everything in Bel Air and on the edge of a park
• The house was built in the 1950s and has several renovations made to it
• A major frustration was there were not enough bedrooms for the blended family
• All the interior room in the home was being used for bedrooms
• The husband and wife were in a small corner bedroom with a small closet and they had to share the hall bathroom with the teenagers

• Since there is a pool in the back, a garage on the left of the house and insufficient room on the right or the front of the home to add any living space the only apparent solution to gain more space was to add up
• A second floor master suite was added over the center of the house which maintained a balanced look
• There was minimal effect on the floor plan of the first floor, a few feet of space were harvested from a room too small to be an effective bedroom for the stairs to the second floor
• A stunning oak open stairway with wire railing was nestled in off the foyer with custom pull out storage below
• Underneath the stairway a cozy powder room was tucked into place
