- Rising to the challenge of the close quarters, the Bel Air Construction design team developed a design that took full advantage of the limited space
- The deck runs nearly the length of the home and has multiple access points from the home
- Covered and uncovered portions make it very versatile
- The covered area is screened providing a bug-free respite from the sun
- A “T-arrangement” staircase allows access to both the pool and the backyard
- Maintenance-free materials are used throughout the project
- Adjacent to the covered deck area is a year-round sunroom featuring the traditional Southern blue ceiling to ward of the unwanted and bring good luck
