Customer Issues
- Wall oven cut outs were poorly done, it was functional but looked ugly
- Appliances were getting old and needed to be replaced
- Cabinet hardware was in poor condition, drawers and pull out shelves would come off their tracks, some doors would not close fully and hang slightly ajar
- They wanted to keep the light airy feel of existing kitchen
- The raised counter at the island turned the corner and ate up usable counter space and chopped up the storage
- Desk and associated cabinets were not used
- Wanted to remove the bulkheads
- Wanted an updated look while keeping the cost down

- Kept fixtures and appliances in nearly the same locations and only made minor changes to the cabinet footprint to reduce the amount of work to be done
- Removed bulkheads and wing walls to give kitchen a more open feel
- Kept the light airy feel by using white, shaker style cabinets with recessed panels to give the kitchen a modern look
- Reconfigured the island making it slightly longer and more functional
- Replaced desk with a beverage center that adds a beautiful accent to the kitchen and useful space when hosting parties
- Included pull out trash cans so the trash is not sitting in plain sight
- Saved usable counter space with a drawer microwave
