Triple Vaulted Sunroom Addition
Customer Issues
- Homeowner wanted to add a sunroom off their existing deck to take advantage of the beautiful views.
- They had explored patio enclosure options but those products were not satisfactory.
Bel Air Construction Solutions
- Using the 3D design process, the homeowners were shown 2 custom designs, a single vaulted ceiling version and a triple vaulted version.
- The triple vaulted design was selected because of the vistas that the design provided.
- The addition was completed on the homeowners existing deck with some modification for structural support.
- A covered screened-in area was created under the deck to provide additional outdoor living space
- Radiant floor heating was added to provide additional comfort.
