Features of the remodeled master bath include:

• A 60” slipper tub from the Wyndham Collection to replace the jacuzzi tub.
• A custom designed shower replaces the prefabricated shower. It features a no step entry, a folding seat, a niche, both handheld and fixed shower heads and a custom frameless glass shower door.
• Delta brushed nickel fixtures are used throughout the renovated bath.
• The wall tile is 12×24 inch Marazzi Creativo Ivory. The wall tile is complemented with basket weave ribbons of Daltile Divnium Nova in the shower and behind the tub.
• Daltile Divnium Nova is also used on the shower floor and beneath the tub.
• At the homeowner’s request the existing vanity was retained while being updated with a new granite countertop and plumbing fixtures.
• All tile is installed over Schluter substrates, a watertight system that eliminates the risk of failures due to water and vapor penetration. High-performance antimicrobial grout fights the growth of mold and mildew on grout surface.
