The first phase of the project was inspired by the customer’s recollection of vacation rental in the Adirondack Mountains that had a nicely appointed screened-in porch.
The customer wanted to take an existing deck and convert a portion of it into a screened-in porch.

The 3D Design/Build renderings helped the customer visualize the possibilities and how their family room could be transformed.

In anticipation of their home becoming a multigenerational household, these homeowners wanted to create an in-law apartment in their unfinished basement.

The homeowners wanted to create an outdoor escape by converting the unused patio space under an elevated deck into a usable space. They wanted to create the look and feel of a cabin in Maine to complement the adjacent wooded area.

This project initially started as a discussion about remodeling the kitchen. The intent of that remodel was to enlarge the kitchen. To accomplish that it was decided that space needed to be harvested from a first-floor laundry leading to the decision to move the laundry to the second floor.

Years of not performing the necessary maintenance on this T1-11 plywood sided contemporary home had left it needing a major facelift. The homeowners wanted all the products used on the project to be made of modern materials that offer low maintenance but also wanted the home to retain its rustic charm.
