Working within the existing footprint the Bel Air Construction design team has dramatically restyled and upgraded the nearly 30-year-old space,

• The existing tub was removed and replaced with a large custom-designed shower. It features a seat, two niches, handheld and fixed shower heads from the Kohler Kelson collection in brushed nickel and a custom frameless glass shower enclosure.
• The wall tile is 12×24 inch editorial white Daltile Articulo that rises to meet the ceiling. The wall tile is complemented with a ribbon of Best Tile flat sandy beach pebble that matches the shower floor.
• The builder grade vanity and countertop are replaced with a double Dura Supreme Kendall Panel Latte colored vanity with 4 drawers and 2 cabinets for convenient storage. A MSI Carrara Mist quartz counter with dual sinks tops the vanity. Faucets are from the Kohler Kelston collection in brushed nickel.
• Floor tile is 12×24 inch editorial white Daltile Articulo.
• All tile is installed over Schluter substrates, an integrated family of products in which the individual components collectively form a bonded, watertight assembly which eliminates the risk of failures due to water and vapor penetration.
• The use of high-performance grout with built-in antimicrobial product protection fights the growth of mold and mildew on grout surface.
