Customer issues
  • The front of the home was not distinctive
  • The siding was beginning to show its age due to exposure to the elements and an out of fashion color
  • The homeowner had always wanted a concrete and brick covered front porch for their home so they could comfortably enjoy sitting outside
Bel Air Construction Solutions

  • Double posts create interesting visual lines and add a substantial feel the to design
  • The porch wraps around the side of the home and leads to a covered deck in the rear providing additional comfortable seating and dining areas
  • Brick was selected to echo the brick on the home and new siding and shutters were installed that were contemporary and complementary
  • Decking is maintenance free Trex composite materials, post and railings are maintenance free PVC
  • The covered deck features a 2” beaded ceiling and outdoor ceiling fan
