Bel Air Construction Solution
- The Bel Air Construction design team proposed building the new deck on the existing brick columns
- To maximize the use of the new outdoor living space the design of the new deck includes both an open-air and a screened-in area
- The screened-in area features a vaulted PVC beaded ceiling and an outdoor ceiling fan
- Maintenance-free Azek and Trex composite materials are used throughout the project
- To gain additional access to deck, a previous window opening was enlarged to accommodate a door and provide an entry from the house into the screened-in area
- Additional repairs were made to the masonry retaining walls that had fallen into disrepair
